Adil Dalal is the CEO and President of Pinnacle Process Solutions International ®. He is an author, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, radio show host, adjunct professor and an internationally recognized expert and thought leader in leadership, lean/flow technology and in project leadership.

Adil is the Chair of the Human Development and Leadership division of ASQ with his mission focused on enhancing the value of the 'appreciating assets' and optimizing the human potential in addition to developing the necessary technical skills for ensuring the long term success of individuals and corporations. He is the author of The 12 Pillars of Project Excellence ™ and co-author of upcoming book Lean Handbook, ASQ.
Adil has leveraged his expertise in Project Leadership and in Advanced Flow Technology to increase the performance of organizations around the world. His mastery has made him a sought after strategic business partner and executive coach as he continues to drive excellence by implementing strategies for growth and long-term success.
Adil holds several degrees: a MSE in Engineering Management, a MSE in Mechanical Engineering and a BSE in Automotive Engineering. Additionally, he holds numerous certifications, including a Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Lean Bronze Professional (LBC) and Certified Executive Coach (BCC). Adil Dalal is a registered training provider for Lean Certification classes through SME, ASQ, AME, and Shingo Prize.

Carleton Smith
Mr. Carleton Smith has a BSEE and MEA. He worked in the electronics industry for forty years. He retired as the VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing from a Fortune 500 corporation. Prior to that assignment, he was the general manager of two manufacturing plants in mainland China. His career included numerous business turn-around assignments; i.e., fixing sub-par operations by identifying their problems and then making them profitable. He was also successfully involved in numerous acquisition and mergers of companies. His executive training included studies at Harvard, Northwestern, Wisconsin and Texas A&M universities. He has been a volunteer counselor with Austin SCORE for eight years.
William W. Sherkenbach
Bill Scherkenbach's executive career has spanned from operations and quality management to world-class enterprises, multinational high-technology organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. A student and colleague of Dr. W Edward Deming, he brings a passion for consistent success in improving quality while reducing cost. William has provided his technical and transformational leadership Dell, Lexmark, Tokai Rika, Samsung, Liteon Technologies, Ford, GM, US Departments of Defense and Energy are a few of the organizations that have benefited from my technical and transformational leadership. Extensive European and Pacific Rim (China, Taiwan (Ex-Pat), Singapore, India, Malaysia, Korea, and Japan) supply chain experience.
Carlos Alberto Briganti
Materials Engineer pos graduated on Metallurgical Engineering with 35 years of experience on the automotive segment. Solid background on operations as well as main executive in Brazil and Europe. General Manager of Eaton Transmission Div Europe and Japan (2001-2003), General Manager and Vice President of Eaton Corp for South America (2004-2007). Board member of Supplier Council of General Motors South America (2004-2007). Main Partner of MB Consultants since 2008. Director of Brazil Metals Association since 2009, Board member of SAE Brazil since 2007. Chairman of Grupo Engenho board.
Washington Yamaga
Graduated Bachelor of Science, Chemistry - University of Sao Paulo Brazil, Bachelor of Chemical Technology - Escola Politecnica University of Sao Paulo, Master of Chemistry Education - University of Sao Paulo and Latex Technology Lehigh University PA, USA. Executive with experience in General Management & CEO positions working for domestic and global companies including DuPont, Akzo Nobel, PPG and Carbono Group. Board Member of CSM Worldwide and Mariaca & associates (Lee Hetch Harrison and Inter Search global partners). Currently is Director of BD at Ecotech Group and Board Member of Grupo Engenho.
Paulo Cardamone
Graduated in Statistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas - UNICAMP, and is MBA in Administration from Universidade de Sao Paulo - USP. Paulo Cardamone has been working for the automotive industry for more than 30 years. He worked for worldwide and local companies managing marketing, strategic planning and product development areas, as well as coordinating operations designed to attend the auto parts market for car makers, and internal and external market distributors.
