He has over 18 years of hands-on experience in implementing lean/flow manufacturing. He has helped various international corporations achieve significant benefits in manufacturing and business processes.

He has coached several executives and managers to develop a ‘lean vision’ and execute it through-out the corporation.  Excellent feedback has been received from every client.

Mr. Dalal has worked in various industries including medical, laboratory equipment, silicon chip manufacturing, defense, data centers, hi-tech, furniture, wood processing etc.  He has also worked with major US consulting firms serving a global market.  Prior to this, he was a senior executive at a prominent global medical equipment manufacturer, Stryker Corporation, where he achieved millions of dollars in cost savings by leading several projects including acquisitions, software development and implementing flow/lean manufacturing in 3 divisions.

He is a nationally recognized subject-matter expert in flow/lean manufacturing for several years; he has completed numerous speaking engagements at industry group conferences. He has developed an advanced flow solutions to optimize shop floor and front office processes and maximize efficiency, labor and inventory savings.
