Being the opening speaker for a prestigious conference like The Napoleon Hill International Convention is a great honor as well as a great responsibility. It can set the tone for the rest of the convention. People from numerous countries, some who had traveled for 2 days from North America, including myself, attended the convention in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Adil trained our Operations Department on the concept of Flow Technology. An excellent trainer, Adil gave training sessions to all employees on DFT and lean manufacturing. During the DFT implementation process, Adil recognized $400,000 in cost savings. The DFT implementation went extremely smooth as a result of Adil’s project management skills.
